🌿 Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Daily Pain: 2 Anti-Inflammatory Teas That Can Help You Feel More Energized

“Nutri, I have arthritis.”
“I have fibromyalgia.”
“My joints hurt every single day.”
“I wake up already exhausted.”
“Just when I think I’m getting better… the pain comes back.”

If this sounds like you, I need to tell you something very important:

👉 Pain doesn’t appear out of nowhere.
👉 And it doesn’t improve by chance either.

Before I share the two teas that can support your healing process, you need to understand why your pain keeps coming back.

🔥 Why Does Your Pain Keep Returning?

There are two very common scenarios.

1️⃣ Pain as a consequence of lifestyle

Many joint and muscle pains are consequences of:

  • Insulin resistance
  • Excess weight
  • An inflammatory diet
  • Lack of physical activity
  • Poor sleep
  • Chronic stress
  • Gut dysbiosis
  • Low water intake
  • Excess sugar and processed fats

In this case, pain is a consequence.

If you adjust:

  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Hydration
  • Movement
  • Gut health

👉 Metabolism improves.
👉 Inflammation decreases.
👉 Pain reduces.

And often, results appear quickly.

2️⃣ Pain caused by autoimmune or chronic conditions

Now there is another scenario.

You may have:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Lupus
  • Endometriosis
  • Lipedema
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Other rheumatic conditions

In this case, things are different.

These conditions:

✔️ Improve with treatment
❌ Flare up when you stop caring for them

They require consistency.

There is no “I’ll do this for a month and then stop.”

If you neglect your care:

  • Inflammation returns
  • Pain returns
  • Swelling returns
  • Fatigue returns

And I speak from experience: I have rheumatoid arthritis. I know what it means to take care of yourself every single day.

It’s not optional. It’s necessary.

🍵 Now Let’s Talk About the Two Teas I Use Most in Anti-Inflammatory Protocols

These teas are not miracles.

They are part of a structured strategy.

But when included in a well-designed nutritional plan, they can be extremely powerful.

🌿 1st Tea: Ginger (Thermogenic and Anti-Inflammatory)

Ginger is one of my favorites.

It contains gingerol, a compound with important anti-inflammatory action.

In addition, ginger is:

  • Thermogenic
  • Circulation-enhancing
  • Energizing
  • Supportive in weight loss
  • Helpful in reducing systemic inflammation

Why is it strategic for people with pain?

Because the biggest difficulty in following a diet is not food.

It’s lack of energy.

If you wake up tired, in pain, without motivation, consistency becomes almost impossible.

Ginger helps:

✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Increase energy
✔️ Reduce fatigue
✔️ Stimulate metabolism

And that makes it easier to stay committed.

How to Prepare Ginger Tea

  • Cut a piece of ginger about half the size of a pen cap.
  • Slice it into thin pieces.
  • Boil it in approximately 700 ml of water.
  • Let it reduce until about 500 ml remains.
  • The water should turn lightly yellow.
  • Strain and drink in the morning.

💡 Best consumed in the morning or on an empty stomach.

⚠️ Important

If ginger causes:

  • Headache
  • Anxiety
  • Stomach discomfort

Stop using it.

Not every tea works for every body.

🌿 2nd Tea: Horsetail (Helps Reduce Swelling and Eliminate Toxins)

If ginger does not work well for you, horsetail is an excellent alternative.

It is rich in:

  • Silica
  • Antioxidant compounds
  • Natural diuretic properties

Horsetail stimulates urine production.

And that means:

✔️ Increased toxin elimination
✔️ Reduced swelling
✔️ Less fluid retention
✔️ Greater feeling of lightness
✔️ Improved energy

People who are inflamed are often swollen.

And fluid retention significantly worsens pain.

How to Prepare Horsetail Tea

  • Boil 500 ml of water.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of dried horsetail.
  • Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and drink.

Can be used once daily.

🌸 Can Menopause Make Rheumatic Pain Worse?

Yes.

And it’s more common than you think.

During menopause, there is:

  • Hormonal decline
  • Increased inflammation
  • Gut microbiota imbalance
  • Greater fluid retention
  • Worsening of rheumatic pain

Many women report increased joint pain after menopause.

And there is a metabolic explanation for this.

That is why consistency becomes even more important.

🚨 But Remember: Tea Is Not a Miracle

I use teas every single day.

But they are part of:

  • A structured diet
  • Functional seeds
  • Anti-inflammatory strategies
  • Gut regulation
  • Hormonal balance
  • Metabolic adjustment

If you only drink tea while continuing to:

  • Sleep poorly
  • Eat sugar
  • Remain sedentary
  • Ignore gut health
  • Drink little water

Results will be limited.

🌱 The First Step to Reducing Inflammation

You don’t need to wait until things get worse.

You don’t need to wait for lab results to be abnormal.

If you have:

  • Fatty liver
  • Excess weight
  • Arthritis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Constant fatigue

👉 You need to start now.

Inflammation does not resolve on its own.

It requires a protocol.

Consistency.

Commitment.

💚 Final Thoughts

If you have an autoimmune or rheumatic condition:

✔️ You cannot neglect your care
✔️ You need daily attention
✔️ You need a strategy
✔️ You need proper guidance

Teas are powerful allies.

But treatment is a system.

Start simple:

  • Improve your nutrition
  • Hydrate properly
  • Include functional seeds
  • Use teas correctly
  • Regulate your sleep
  • Move your body

And most importantly:

👉 Do not stop when you start feeling better.

Consistency is what keeps you pain-free.
